2001 EV Challenge
Northern Vance High School wins EV Challenge for third year in a row!The Sixth Annual EV Challenge was concluded in Raleigh, NC on April 27 and 28, 2001. Students representing high schools from across the southeast participated in this, the final series of events for the school year. Twenty-nine cars participated.
For the third year in a row the students from Northern Vance High School, Henderson NC, won the overall competiton! In addition, this year with a second vehicle they won second place overall!
New this year was the Middle School competition. Four schools participated in this new and exciting competition!
